The 2010 Loyalist Kids of Steel Triathlon is set for Saturday, July 10th.
This will be the tenth annual edition for this race.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN.

The age groups, distances and race routes remain the same as for all previous events.

Former Loyalist KOS Triathlon star Nick McGraw is embarking on a 2100km bike ride from Vancouver to San Diego to raise money for the Prevention Through Empowerment Fund.

Congratulations to all participants in the 2009 LKOST! The ninth annual Loyalist KOS Triathlon was held on Saturday July 11, 2009. Please see the Results page for a full list of the results. The Top Ten list provides the top 10 times posted for each age group (boys and girls) since the inception of the race in 2001. Read the post-race news report here.

The Loyalist Kids of Steel Triathlon is a revival of the Amherstview Kids of Steel Triathlon that ran from 1991 to 1995. Simon Whitfield (2000 Olympic Gold Medalist in Sydney, Australia) was a competitor in the original Kids of Steel Triathlon in Amherstview in 1991 and 1992.
